Chairman

Robert O Hill is the Chairman of the Board of Investors Trust and Executive Director of O Hill Capital. O Hill Capital develops and acquires portfolio investment properties and is the lead investor in Golf Realty Fund, Investors Realty Fund, Residential Realty Fund, NNN Realty Fund, and Bear Brand Ranch Compnay which are all managed by Investors Trust. Developed properties include Peppertree Bend in San Juan Capistrano and Bear Brand Ranch, which is a 1,550 acre master-planned community in Laguna Niguel and Monarch Beach, California. Portfolio properties include Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market, Newport Beach Country Club, Huntington Club, Spanish Hills Club & Monarch Beach Promenade.

Robert O Hill is a third-generation Orange Countian who attended Newport Harbor High School, the University of Southern California and the University of California Irvine, and served in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. Prior to starting his own real estate companies he spent several years involved in real estate investment banking with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Robert O Hill is a member of The Reserve, Newport Beach Country Club, Huntington Club, The Pacific Club, Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He served for four consecutive years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bear Brand Ranch Community Association, and was appointed by Supervisor Thomas F. Riley to serve as a member of the Major Landowner Committee for Orange County Transportation. Mr. O Hill is a member of the Circle of Leadership and Center Benefactors for the Segerstrom Center of Performing Arts Center, member of the Board of Trustees for the Orange County Art Museum, and is a past member of the Orange County Board of Directors for United Way, in addition to other charitable interests.
